Terms of Purchase:
Vision Custom Car and Stereo values your business very much. In an effort to protect both you, the buyer, and us, the seller, we would like to explain our terms so that everything is clearly understood prior to purchase. Upon deciding to purchase a vehicle through Vision Custom Car and Stereo you will be required to leave a deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours of your decision to buy. At the time the deposit is left we will remove the vehicle from any advertising medium we may be using and we will respond to all inquiries stating the car is no longer available. While the deposit is not refundable, you have 48 hours from the time of your decision to purchase the vehicle to change your mind. This 48 hours begins from the time the pre purchase papers are signed, the auction ends (if it is an ebay purchase), or you click buy it now on our website. We allow a one week period between the day the decision to purchase is made to the day the full payment is required. The buyer will have a total of two weeks to arrange for shipment or pickup of their vehicle. Please read our advertisements in their entirety, some of our vehicles are sold with exceptions or additions to these terms and they will apply if stated in the advertisement or auction. Any of these terms are negotiable as long as they are discussed prior to purchase. If the sale is made without discussing any of these terms then all will apply. Our obligation to you is to meet all of these terms as well as the following: all vehicles will be available for pickup the day they are advertised and may be picked up immediately after payment is received, all vehicles will be inspected prior to sale in order to prevent any issues with the vehicle after purchase, and any agreements made by the buyer and Vision Custom Car and Stereo will be honored as long as they are made prior to the agreement to purchase the vehicle.  Please feel free to call or email us with any questions.
