Over the past 3 years we have
sold over
1000 vehicles on ebay and decided that we would take a new approach to
the advertising. Let's face it, when you buy a car on ebay the main
thing you are lacking is the ability to test drive. Our new approach to
the marketplace will be to give you a "virtual test drive" so to speak.
Rather than a fancy description we are going to keep it simple. We are
going to pair a description of our test drive and mechanic evaluation
with a list of the pro's
and con's of this particular car. These will be based on years of buying
vehicles and knowing what to look for when purchasing. Please remember
above all that it is IMPOSSIBLE for a used car to be perfect so any
seller that doesn't list flaws is just not being thorough, we are taking
the guess work out of online buying. Please also remember that we are

The
test
drive in this car went quite
well. I drove it home several times (200+ miles)
and noticed no
problems
with brake fade, no odd noises or smells, smooth shifts and engine, and
ice cold AC. All accessories worked well and the car on the whole
seemed to run out exceptionally well. When I
checked it out in the shop I found a worn rear strut mount (wear and tear item).
Also the car needs a tune up and a battery. The matching tires have tons of life left.
Mechanically I noticed no major issues, the top works manually and all the accessories work properly including the hydraulic rollbar. Basically if you are looking for a cheap convertible that needs a little TLC to make it a really beautiful summer ride, this is just for you!
The Good: The exterior looks almost new - drivetrain is 100% sound - comes with a warranty - AMG chrome rims really make the car stand out - no wear or
tears on the top - no rust - matching tires in
great shape - no malfunctions registered on on board computer - tons of power - upgraded pioneer head unit with MB Quart speakers
The Bad: seat covers are a bit loose at bottoms - odometer reading is incorrect so the car is being sold true mileage unknown - hard top has a crack in the rear window - small dent on hood (see pics) - since the pictures someone got in the car and took the climate control unit so this will need to be replaced
